Jayme Minton, Sales, Home Health, & Support Services Director
Jayme Minton is a dynamic professional currently serving as the Sales, Home Health, & Support Services Director at Meadowlark. With a comprehensive portfolio of responsibilities, Jayme provides strategic leadership to a diverse range of service areas, including Sales, Resident Services (Independent Living), Food and Beverage Services, Home Health Services, Physician Office Services, Fitness Services, and Transportation/Supply Services.
Joining the Meadowlark team in June 2010, Jayme has exhibited dedication and versatility in various capacities within the organization. Before assuming her current role as Support Services Director in May 2015, Jayme held positions such as Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator, Bramlage Household Coordinator, and Human Resources Leader. Her progressive journey within Meadowlark reflects her commitment to excellence and her ability to contribute effectively across multiple domains.
In 2008, Jayme graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a minor in anthropology. During her time at K-State, Jayme distinguished herself as a member of the Rowing team, showcasing her commitment to teamwork and discipline.
Originally from Lawrence, Kansas, Jayme is now deeply rooted in Wildcat Country, residing with her husband, Cole, and their son, Rowan. Her connection to the community goes beyond her professional role, as evidenced by her involvement in the Kansas State University Boathouse and the waters of Tuttle Creek Lake. This is a special place for Jayme, as it is where she met her husband and created cherished memories through rowing on the lake.
Jayme serves as the leader for Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce’s Classroom to Career Program and is a participant on the Chamber’s Membership Committee. In 2023, Jayme was honored as an award recipient for the inagural class for the 15 Under 40 Recognition Program. She coaches youth baseball and enjoys cheering on the ‘Cats in her free time.
Reflecting on her favorite aspects of Meadowlark Hills, Jayme emphasizes the enchanting atmosphere during the month of December. The beautifully adorned decorations throughout Meadowlark Hills, each area with its unique Christmas touch, create a festive ambiance. Additionally, Jayme highlights the significance of December when the Meadowlark Hills community comes together to raise funds for a meaningful cause. Through the Junior League, they sponsor a family for Christmas, collectively contributing to purchasing, wrapping, and delivering presents to a deserving family in the Manhattan community.
