Robyn Harris is the Human Resources Leader at Meadowlark. Robyn is responsible for employee satisfaction, employee recruitment, managing the hiring process, performance management, employee compliance, risk management, organizational development, employee relations and OSHA compliance.
Robyn joined the Meadowlark team in October 2016. Prior to accepting her current position, Robyn worked on Fort Riley as a Group Practice Manager where she managed all day-to-day administrative functions of the primary care clinics on post, including the main hospital and Farrelly Health Clinic. From 1997 to 2004, Robyn served in the US Army as a medical specialist and from 2004 to 2008, she worked on Fort Riley completing mobilization planning.
In 2014, Robyn completed her bachelors of business administration with concentration in human resources at Fort Hays State University. In 2016, she completed her masters of science in management through Kaplan University. Robyn is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Management Network (HRMN) of Manhattan. She received the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in July of 2019.
Originally from San Diego, Calif., Robyn now lives in Junction City, Kan. with her husband Sammy. They have two children, Jayda and Grace.
